Digital delivery
Subscriptions and credits are digital services with no shipping or return shipment. Purchased entitlements are assigned electronically to the relevant clinic account after successful payment verification. Contact support with the order reference if delivery has not occurred. This policy does not treat an undelivered service as delivered.
Payment and electronic delivery
Payments are processed through Stripe for the supplier. Plans or credits are assigned electronically to the relevant clinic account after successful payment verification; no physical delivery is involved. Contact support for an uncertain payment result before paying the same order again. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
