Sales and subscription agreement
Parallax Software
Updated:
Supplier and professional use
The supplier and invoice issuer for Dentigma subscriptions in this region is Parallax Software. The payment provider is Stripe. The service is for clinics, dental professionals and related businesses acting for professional purposes. The purchaser must be authorised to represent the business. The contracting supplier follows the verified billing/business country, rather than interface language or card country.
Service scope and demo
Dentigma provides software for clinic operations and patient/customer relationships. A free demo is available before purchase and does not automatically become a paid subscription. The accepted order identifies modules, capacity, included AI credits and additional services. People and actions in marketing examples are illustrative; do not enter real patient data into those examples.
Prices and taxes
The order identifies price, currency and billing period. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes; tax and the total charge are disclosed before payment authorisation. Annual plans show the annual total and label any monthly equivalent as a comparison. Accepted prices do not change retrospectively for a paid term. New-period prices are notified before renewal.
Payment and electronic delivery
Payments are processed through Stripe for the supplier. Plans or credits are assigned electronically to the relevant clinic account after successful payment verification; no physical delivery is involved. Contact support for an uncertain payment result before paying the same order again. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Term and renewal
Monthly or annual subscriptions cover the period identified in the order. Automatic renewal applies only where clearly disclosed and authorised before payment; otherwise a new payment is needed for the next term. Cancellation stops any next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid term. Use account subscription management or contact support to request cancellation.
Refunds and credits
There are no discretionary refunds for unused subscription time or low usage, or for delivered credit packages including unused balances. Mandatory legal rights and remedies for duplicate/erroneous charges, unauthorised transactions or non-delivery remain unaffected. Credit amount, any expiry date and consumption terms are disclosed before purchase. Rollover or indefinite validity applies only where expressly stated.
Account security and external services
The customer manages authorised users and access roles and protects account security. Spam, unauthorised access, unlawful content and circumvention of provider restrictions are prohibited. Integrations depend on provider permissions and quotas. AI output must be reviewed and must not replace clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions. No particular revenue, patient volume or clinical outcome is promised.
Data and ending the service
The customer ensures lawful handling of clinic data and necessary notices. Processing clinic records is also subject to data processing terms and documented instructions. Cancellation does not immediately erase records. Export, end-of-access and deletion requests are handled with verified clinic authority and legal retention duties. Serious security or unlawful-use incidents may require proportionate restrictions; customers are informed where possible.
Applicable law and complaints
International sales under these terms are governed by Dutch law. This choice does not remove mandatory protections applicable in the customer’s country. Jurisdiction follows applicable procedural rules. The service is intended for professional/business use; any mandatory consumer rights arising in an actual transaction remain unaffected.
