Data deletion instructions
Disconnect the relevant integration in Dentigma and revoke Parallax CRM access in your Google third-party connections or Meta business integrations. Disconnecting does not automatically delete clinic records.
Send a deletion request to [email protected] identifying the product, clinic and relevant account. Do not send passwords, access keys or patient files. We securely verify identity and authority. For patient records, also contact the clinic as controller. We respond within the applicable legal period, taking legal retention duties and others’ rights into account, and explain any records that must be retained and why. Deleting all clinic data requires authorised instructions.
